Saved Galleries
The list of every reusable gallery, with the shortcode for each one.
Shaped Gallery → Saved Galleries is where reusable galleries live — the ones with a permanent shortcode, as opposed to a gallery block sitting on a page.
What's on the screen
If you have no galleries yet, the screen invites you to create one — Create Reusable Saved Galleries, with a Create a Saved Gallery button.
Once you have some, it's a table:

Above the table: a search box, a Bulk Action control with Delete and Duplicate, and Add New Gallery.
The actions
Edit opens the gallery in the block editor.
Duplicate makes an independent copy with its own id and its own shortcode. Edits to one don't affect the other — which makes it the right way to start a new gallery from an existing design.
Delete is permanent, and the confirmation says what it costs:
Permanently delete this gallery? It will stop working everywhere its shortcode is used, and this cannot be undone.
Deleting breaks every placement
Because pages hold a reference rather than a copy, deleting a gallery blanks it everywhere its shortcode appears. If you're not sure where a gallery is used, search your site's content for its id before deleting.
Bulk actions
Tick rows, choose Delete or Duplicate from Bulk Action, press Apply. Bulk delete carries the same warning, with the count.
Select all galleries at the head of the column ticks everything on the page.
Searching
The search box filters by title. No galleries match your search. means exactly that — it isn't an error.
Title your galleries properly
The title is how you find a gallery here, and it's what appears in your page builder's gallery dropdown. Homepage hero — autumn 2026 beats Gallery 7.
