Add a saved gallery to any Elementor page with the Shaped Gallery widget.

You can do this in 3 steps

Step 1: Switch on the integration

Elementor is the one integration that ships enabled, so this is usually a check rather than a step.

1. Go to Shaped Gallery → Settings → Integrations.
2. Confirm Elementor is on.
3. If you changed it, press Save Changes.

Step 2: Build a saved gallery

Elementor's widget picks from your saved galleries, not from galleries embedded in pages.

1. Go to Shaped Gallery → Add New Gallery.
2. Build it: pick a layout, add media, set the inspector panels. Quick Start →
3. Give it a descriptive title — this is what the widget's dropdown shows.
4. Publish.

Step 3: Add the widget

1. Edit a page with Edit with Elementor.
2. In the Elements panel on the left, search for Shaped Gallery. It has its own Shaped Gallery category, with the brand mark as its icon.
3. Drag it onto the canvas.
4. In the widget's Gallery section, open Select Gallery and choose yours.

The gallery renders on the canvas immediately. Elementor's own panel carries Manage galleries and Add new gallery links, so you don't have to leave the editor to build another one.

5. Update the page, then check the published page in a private window.

Styling it

Style the gallery in Shaped Gallery, not in Elementor.

The widget holds one setting — which gallery to show. Everything else (layout, columns, gaps, hover animations, lightbox, content) lives on the gallery itself, so open it in Shaped Gallery → Saved Galleries → Edit and change it there.

That's what makes a gallery look identical wherever it's placed. Elementor's own spacing and background controls still work on the widget's wrapper, as usual.

Things worth knowing

It's the same renderer. The widget calls the gallery's shortcode, which runs the block's own renderer — so an Elementor placement produces byte-identical output to the same gallery as a block.

One edit updates every placement. The widget holds a reference, not a copy.

The dropdown is capped at 300 galleries. Past that, use a Shortcode widget with [shaped_gallery id="42"].

An empty dropdown means no saved galleries. Go back to Step 2.

Troubleshooting

The widget isn't in the Elements panel. Check the switch in Settings → Integrations, save, then reload the Elementor editor. Elementor caches its widget list.

The canvas shows a placeholder. No gallery is selected yet. Pick one in Select Gallery.

It renders in Elementor but not on the published page. Check the gallery isn't a draft or in the trash, and that it isn't set to Private or Password.

It's blank for visitors but fine for you. Either the gallery is Private, or your license isn't active.
