Oxygen
Add a saved gallery to any Oxygen template or page with the Shaped Gallery element.
You can do this in 3 steps
- Switch on the Oxygen integrationIt ships off — turn it on first.
- Build a saved galleryThe element picks from your saved galleries.
- Add the element and pick it+ Add → Shaped Gallery.
Step 1: Switch on the integration
- Shaped Gallery → Settings → Integrations.
- Switch on Oxygen.
- Save Changes.
Step 2: Build a saved gallery
- Shaped Gallery → Add New Gallery.
- Pick a layout, add media, configure it. Quick Start →
- Title it descriptively.
- Publish.
Step 3: Add the element
- Open a page or template in Oxygen.
- Click + Add and search for Shaped Gallery.
- Place it where you want it.
- In the element's settings, open Select Gallery and choose yours.
- Save.
Styling it
The element has one setting. Layout, columns, lightbox, hover animations and content all belong to the gallery — edit it under Shaped Gallery → Saved Galleries.
Oxygen's own styling controls apply to the element's wrapper as usual.
Using it in a template
Oxygen's strength is templates, and a Shaped Gallery element works in one the same way it works on a page. That means a single gallery can appear on every post in a category, or in a footer across the whole site — and editing the gallery updates all of them at once.
Things worth knowing
It renders through the shortcode, so the output matches the same gallery placed as a block.
The dropdown is capped at 300 galleries. Past that, use Oxygen's Shortcode element with [shaped_gallery id="42"].
Oxygen replaces your theme. That's normal for Oxygen and doesn't affect the gallery — it brings its own styles.
Troubleshooting
The element isn't in the + Add list. Switch the integration on and save, then reload the Oxygen editor.
Empty dropdown. No saved galleries yet.
Nothing on the front end. Check the gallery isn't a draft, trashed, Private or Password-protected, and that your license is active.
